Puzzled }{ Illustration Friday

My entry for this week's Illustration Friday prompt - puzzled.

I used a sharpie and copic markers for this image.

There are a couple of things that I tried to represent with this, but I'd rather hear what you think this means.

    I too love the mole you added. This picture feels really intimate to me (sorry if that's embarrassing), probably because of the red colour
